ABOUT ME
EXPERIENCES
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with extensive years of clinical experience. I am dedicated to assisting clients in recognizing their own strengths and transforming stuck narratives. Over many years, I have worked with individuals dealing with various emotional struggles, including depression, anxiety, traumatic life events, and/or relational conflicts. As a racial minority female immigrant, I am interested in understanding marginalized people's experiences. My doctoral dissertation examined transnational activities and their impacts on the racial identity challenges and resilience of Asian Mixed-race individuals in the U.S.
